- séance de natation: travail technique + vidéo
- sortie vélo endurance facile / travail Allure 1/ Allure 2 basse/ travail technique
- enchaînement CàP + PPG
- Mardi:
- séance de natation: travail renforcement musculaire
- sortie vélo: travail force en montée (5 fois 4')
- enchaînement CàP (VMA courte): 3 blocs de 15"/15" pendant 4min à 110% de VMA (récup: 3min)
- Mercredi: (journée de récup):
- sortie vélo
- Jeudi:
- séance natation: éducs + travail allure 2 haute
- séance de Home trainer en salle en compagnie de Jérôme & Jeff
- séance CàP (travail en allures): 3 blocs {5min à 65%VMA; 5min à 75%, 5min à 80%, 5 min de récup)
- Vendredi:
- séance de natation: travail de la vitesse
- sortie vélo
- transition CàP
- Samedi:
- footing à jeûn
- natation en mer (travail passage bouée, travail orientation, travail départ plage)
- Duathlon solo (2ème temps)
- Duathlon en équipe
- Fin de Stage
